The hardest step is often the FIRST STEP. This website has been nestled in my mind for years and for so many reasons I never published the site. Today that changes. The site will evolve as we grow, I'll fill in the missing pieces as time progresses but the message of personal and professional growth for black women in so important that my own fear and perfectionism should not hold it back. The point of the website is to share information and grow together! We will be like toddlers taking their first steps together - falling, learning, and trying again with fearlessness of naiveté, brilliance of innovation, and determination of purpose!
